Processing

Please allow up to five business days for orders to be processed. All products are hand-made and require thorough handling to ensure their safety and effectiveness. Processing for customized products might exceed the standard processing time. In the event of extended production time, you will receive an email with updates on product status.

 

Shipping & Handling

Please allow up to two additional business days for orders to be shipped.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number included. If you would like to pick up an order please select “Pick Up” at checkout, which you will then be prompted to enter a code to bypass shipping costs.

To prevent possible melting during summer months please select “Add Cooling” during checkout at an additional cost. Products that are not shipped with cooling may melt but are still safe to use. Information on how to re-solidify your products will be available upon request.

 

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns.

In the event that you have received a damaged order (ie. broken jars, spilled product) please send us an email for a re-order code or refund.
